Brattsyblu – I’m a 38 year old American woman living in Sweden. I’ve been married for three years and I live in a very small town. Sweden is very health conscious so I don’t have a hard time finding whole grains and whole wheat at the store, however, finding good pizza is out of the question =P.
I love reading and writing about exercise and weight loss. I read about 30-40 articles a day on the subjects and consider myself pretty knowledgeable.
