			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What happens to a woman when she goes on vacation? Is it so hard to stay on track? For me it was relatively easy to stay on track with my diet. Exercise, however, was a whole different story. I exercised one whole day while on vacation. Of course, I didn&#8217;t really go on vacation. I worked the entire time.</p>
<p>So I suffered from the same problem that millions of us fat people suffer. We&#8217;re lazy! AMG big revelation there. (yeah that&#8217;s *A* MG not *O* MG). My ass sat in a chair and typed all day every day for two weeks.</p>
<p>On the brighter side I doubled my income. Thank you  for giving me my life back<br />
<a href="http://hubpages.com/my/tracker/Malaia">Hubpages</a> and a job haha.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a lot easier to be happy when you&#8217;re not miserable from being out of work.</p>
<p>Anyway back to my update. I haven&#8217;t lost any weight, but then again, I haven&#8217;t gained any either. That&#8217;s an accomplishment for a vacation dontchya think?</p>
<p>Now my ass is back and it&#8217;s going to get up and do some exercise!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As everyone that reads my blog knows, I&#8217;m a huge fan of exercise for weight loss. I&#8217;m always on the look out for ways to keep fit that don&#8217;t bore me or make me crazy.<br />
I&#8217;ve found a few unique sites in my time and shared them with you all. Today I&#8217;m going to share a pretty cool site that lets you exercise while you&#8217;re at your desk. That&#8217;s really cool for a number of reasons:<br />
1) if you&#8217;re like me; when someone says exercise your shoulders slump and you shoot daggers out your eyes at them, then hearing something like sit on your butt and exercise sounds good.<br />
2) I&#8217;m always at my freakin desk. My chair has ass marks, I&#8217;m at my desk so often. So a workout that I can do while at my desk is a godsend.<br />
3) I&#8217;m usually pretty reluctant to get up off my butt, so if I don&#8217;t have to.. well that&#8217;s just fine and dandy.<br />
To that end I present <a href="http://www.breakpal.com" title="BreakPal.com | Fitness at Your Desk!" target="_blank">desk exercise</a>.<br />
Really helpful exercises for those of us that make excuses about having to be at our desk all day.<br />
Note of warning: this may use up your last lazy excuse =)</p>
