<p>I have about 30 recipes I use regularly from the site and they are in my recipe book. I change a few of the recipes to make them to my own tastes, but most recipes are perfect just as they are.</p>

		<title>Recipe For Success-ful (PMS)!</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For some women, chocolate is a problem. Others, it&#8217;s chips. Some women cannot resist cake. I fall into the category of cake and chips.. oh and bread and donuts&#8230; anything fried (and I do mean anything).. and my favorite of all time, the irresistible, Chili Cheese Frito. I seriously don&#8217;t think I need a vibrator or a man if I have my Fritos.</p>
<p>So whats a girl to do on a diet when she sees Fritos everywhere? How about give in and have some? <em>Some</em>! You&#8217;re thinking, &#8220;You said you were on a diet, liar! You can&#8217;t eat regular chips on a diet!&#8221;. Well .. yeah you can. If you read my earlier articles, *waves her finger admonishingly*, you&#8217;d realize you can eat <em>anything </em>you want. And you should eat pretty much anything you want. ( Except Swedish fermented herring known as surströmming. Don&#8217;t ever eat that!)</p>
<p>You can not go on a diet for a period of time, you have to change your diet forever. So you want the cake, eat it, but then exercise for an extra 5 minutes a day 5 times a week. You want Chili Cheese Fritos,  have them, but have spaghetti squash instead of spaghetti pasta. Sacrifice or hard work. You can choose one or the other (or both if you want something else). This is it, the way you&#8217;re gonna eat the rest of your life. </p>
<p>I know how you feel, right now. I cried too!</p>
<p>To end this article on a positive note, there is one time a month which I cannot think of anything but chocolate. Coincidentally my husband goes missing during this time. He probably moves to some war torn part of Africa, where its safer. Oh back to the chocolate craving. I need it like three times a day. Thank goodness that time of the month only lasts ONE THIRD OF THE FREAKING MONTH and that I&#8217;m already BLOATED AND FEELING DISGUSTING, because that seems like the PERFECT time to saddle women with an unusual craving for high fat, high sugar chocolate treats! Oh positive note.. positive note! Back on track. </p>
<p>For those of you that wish to have some chocolate a few times a day I found this great recipe on www.allrecipes.com. I do not use the frosting and then I can divide the recipe by 12. You cannot eat the whole thing! But all in all its a great soother. </p>
<p>You can reduce the calories by 20 and divide the recipe by 12 instead of 16 if you do not add the frosting!<br />
Nutritional information contained below is divided by 16 itty bitty teeny weeny pieces, but if you can&#8217;t live without the frosting, so be it.<br />
