Desk Fitness Site
As everyone that reads my blog knows, I’m a huge fan of exercise for weight loss. I’m always on the look out for ways to keep fit that don’t bore me or make me crazy.
I’ve found a few unique sites in my time and shared them with you all. Today I’m going to share a pretty cool site that lets you exercise while you’re at your desk. That’s really cool for a number of reasons:
1) if you’re like me; when someone says exercise your shoulders slump and you shoot daggers out your eyes at them, then hearing something like sit on your butt and exercise sounds good.
2) I’m always at my freakin desk. My chair has ass marks, I’m at my desk so often. So a workout that I can do while at my desk is a godsend.
3) I’m usually pretty reluctant to get up off my butt, so if I don’t have to.. well that’s just fine and dandy.
To that end I present desk exercise.
Really helpful exercises for those of us that make excuses about having to be at our desk all day.
Note of warning: this may use up your last lazy excuse =)
1. Head over to the *removed* forums and sell article writing services to SEO:s. Check the fees of other US writers, decent money for a fast writer.
2. Use the $ to buy links for your own websites.
3. Make a Squidoo page that reviews & sells a product related to the stuff you write about. Point “in content” links with correct anchor text from all your hubpages, blogspot and other sites towards it. Don´t go for the most competitive keywords.
4. See it rise to the top of the SERPS.
5. Repeat all.
6. Make money. Feel hope. Ride into sunset.
Also, don´t screw with the amount of posts for every page on this blog. You´re messing up the structure for the SE:s, traffic has probably dropped. Make it 8 posts/page again.
1) I’m not interested in making this page seo friendly. I write this blog to inform people on what works with regards with dieting and what doesn’t. I also sometimes write about fashion, religion and friendship. If I wanted to do an seo blog, I wouldn’t comment on no follow links at some random weight loss blog, and I’d learn what the term “anchor text” was before I went commenting on how to seo at an obviously un-seo’d blog. la la ~ =p
2) I don’t want a bunch of posts on my homepage, and telling people to put 8 posts on one page is exactly what you do not want to do with a seo blog =P (which this is not).
3) Lastly, advocating buying links is a nice way to get yourself slapped by the big G
